About the property

The beautifully designed villa was built four years ago and located in a protected development called Hua Hin Laguna.

Hua Hin Laguna is located on Soi 102 just 2 km south of Hua hin centre and 1,5 km from the beautiful Hua Hin beach.

This is an open plan spacious living villa with high ceilings, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Italian marble floors throughout, with a fully equipped modern Whirlpool & Siemens European Kitchen, including Dishwasher and Washing machine. There is plenty of natural light from the windows and sliding doors, all of which have mosquito nets. The lounge is a very generous size, perfect for relaxing and watching TV, which includes a 40” Flat Screen LCD TV with DVD and Satellite system. With a view out across the private swimming pool, this is a wonderful room to relax in. Every room has its own air conditioning unit.

The master bedroom is en-suite and comes with a king size bed, while the second bedroom enjoys access to the terrace, which is the crowning glory of this beautiful home. The terrace is magnificent, with complete privacy and views towards the mountains to the North. Ample space to sit and relax and enjoy the surrounding views in the comfort and shade provided, and enjoy the private 6.5 x 4 metre, salt water chlorinated swimming pool. Outside is a car park with space for 2 cars, beautifully landscaped gardens with palm trees and evening lighting. The property comes with a Fire alarm, security alarms and of course, the development has 24 hour security as well. Additional beds can easily be arranged.

A club pool area including a small gym facility is also available.

One week: 6500 SEK (ca.700 EUR)
Two weeks: 11000 SEK (ca. 1200 EUR)
Three weeks: 14000 SEK (ca. 1550 EUR)
Four weeks: 18000 SEK (ca. 2000 EUR)

Discount during low season applies.
Cleaning when you leave is included in the rental cost.
Regular cleaning during your stay can be arranged to a very affordable price.

In addition to the rental cost, electricity will be charged for separately.
Estimated cost during normal usage: 300 SEK (ca. 30 EUR) per week.

Good to know
Hua Hin is located 200 km south of Bangkok. Transport from the airport is very easy and convenient and takes approximately 3 hours.
Pre-booked taxi or minivan costs 2500-3000 THB (600-650 SEK).
Car-rental cost around 1000 THB per day (220 SEK) and vespa 200 THB per day (45 SEK).
